Bumble Bee cherry tomatoes are named for their stripes. These were grown by a Hansberry Garden member from a mixed pack of seeds, so your plant may produce pink, purple, or “sunrise” cherry tomatoes — it will be a surprise about 70 days after you plant it. All three yield copious quantities of tart, sweet , juicy cherry tomatoes, about 1 1/2″ in diameter. Fruits are crack-resistant and relatively thick-skinned, producing a satisfying “crack” when you pop one into your mouth.
These are large plants that require plenty of support. Expect to begin harvesting 68-70 days from transplant.
