Hansberry Garden & Nature Centering is partnering with Weavers Way Farms on an experimental program to give soil, grow bags, and seedlings to Germantown residents who would like to try gardening at home but have limited space and/or resources.

Funded by contributions from our supporters and a matching Seed Money grant, the program will serve 30 of our neighbors in 2025.
